Hestia, named after the Greek goddess of the hearth, is a modern live-fire grill house. Dishes find inspiration from a custom 20-ft hearth which anchors the kitchen and dining room. Our menus offers an opportunity to explore and showcase techniques that highlight the role of fire in food. You may choose to order from our a la carte menu or experience our chef curated tasting menu.

We accept reservations 60 days in advance. For event inquiries, please visit our website.

This reservation is for our 12 course Tasting Menu priced at $195 per person. We offer an optional Wine Pairing at $150 per person. At this time we are unable to accommodate vegetarian and vegan diets.

Join us at Hestia to ring in the New Year! We will be offering a prefixe menu at $215 and wine pairings at $135 will be available. Please note, our a la carte menu will not be available. All checks will include a gratuity of 20%. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. Less than 24 hour notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee per person. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any dietary restrictions. Call us at 512.333.0737 with any questions!

Great drinks and service as always! The food wasn’t as good as previous times I’ve dined here - the entrees were a bit salty. The oysters arrived masked by an overly assertive dressing that drowned out any hint of their natural brininess. Unfortunately, what little flavor remained leaned unpleasantly fishy, and perhaps suggesting less-than-ideal freshness.

Excellent cocktails and selection of wines by the glass. The bread service and Wagyu were great. The potatoes side dish was served a bit on the cold side and the kitchen seemed to have some timing issues generally. Service was attentive. I would certainly go again, but would hope that the kinks are worked out.

We ordered a la carte. Our serving team was very helpful in navigating the menu and selecting drinks to go with our food. We appreciated the help as we realized the dishes don't always fit the flavor profile one might expect from the primary ingredient - for better or for worse. There were a few standouts - pork chop, squash tart and cocktails. Oyster, scallops and mushrooms, on the other hand, had too much distraction for the main ingredients to shine although a lot of thought and effort clearly went into them and nothing was boring. Dining room can be rather noisy and feel busy. So manage your expectations and it'll be enjoyable.

Fantastic service, vibe and food as usual! We had out of town friends visit, and they loved their first Hestia experience. It was a great way to celebrate their recent engagement and Hestia’s recent one Michelin Star.

An amazing atmosphere with amazing food and service! Very glad that we were able to celebrate my husband’s birthday with Hestia!

This was the best dinner experience my fiancé and I have ever had. Everyone was great and the service was top notch.
