Food was ok. What bothered us was that our mains were served minutes after our appetizers and we felt rushed to finish our meals. Server disappeared and did not come back. Did not know who our new server was and had to constantly flag down random workers walking by. No one checked in on us on how our food was tasting even at the end when we asked for the bill. Would probably not come back.

Service was exceptional. Waiters and waitresses were extremely accommodating. Food was mastery cooked and the Tomahawk Steak was like butter. Definitely would go back again.

Sensational Valentine's brunch date! Everything from the OpenTable app reservation process to the genuinely welcoming, friendly, helpful and perfectly timed service, interesting and ultimately amazing selections on their menu, delicious creations, comfortably cool environment - everything was thoroughly enjoyable. We got the stone bowl and chicken omurice. The price point was reasonable, and if you consider that we brought the bone home in the doggy bag, then our dog even enjoyed Hestia! We liked Hestia so much that we're considering Hestia as a venue for our daughters' upcoming 16th birthday celebration. We would definitely return to Hestia!

I heard great things about this restaurant, so I decided to give it a try. The dine-out extension was the perfect time to do so. Overall, it was decent, not fantastic, but also not bad. The food was good and presentation was on point. Our drinks were well prepared and prices were standard for this type of establishment. What was disappointing was the service. We were constantly cut off and felt like we were being rushed right from the time we sat. It was nice that plates were cleared quickly, but after taking a final bite, someone swoops in to grab it before I even set my utensils down! Glad I was able to dine here, but I doubt I’d come back again.

Very surprised with the food and atmosphere. Location is not really restaurant like but they make it right.

Came for Dine Out Vancouver 2025. Was very impressed with the menu selection and the portion sizes were very good. $45 for a 3 course meal. My table was ready when I arrived and we didn't have to wait so that was very good. I would highly recommend the bone marrow, fried chicken and garlic prawns.

Extremely well flavoured food, bone marrow was awesome. Seafood pasta was great and the fried chicken appy is a must have

Ordered the Fried Chicken + Garlic Panko, Cream Butter Garlic Prawns, and the Steak + Bone Marrow Bowl. Prawns were definitely a tad overcooked and the steak were a bit chewy. Everything else was great. Went during their Happy Hour but didn’t realize until after checking at home that they charged us regular lunch prices instead of HH prices - shame on us for not checking at the restaurant. Practically no customers except us for most the visit but thankfully the servers weren’t hovering. Was a bit on the pricey end but would consider going back to try other stuff.
