   As an Asian person, this is an authentic meal I had for a while. Perfect as expected, i recommend a dragon roll with eel with Yuzu Sake. My dad and sister did enjoy our food, and plan to visit again soon.

   I visited here with two friends. We met whilst living in Japan and we all agreed this was the best Japanese food we have had outside of the Japan. The aburi sushi was a taste of our second home. Highly recommend.

   Everything we ordered was delicious. Service was unobtrusive and efficient. Can't wait to return and try more items from the menu.

   Second visit here . Again ,really enjoyed the food . Let my 13yo order ,he was in his element . We over ordered with the intention to bring some home ,but the other person in our party tried some and joined in . Definitely reccomend the prawn and mango sushi. Everything was presented beautifully and brought swiftly . Staff are lovely and attentive . We will definitely be back again soon 😊 This is our new go to for our treat meal. There is enough selection on the menu to do many visits and not have the same thing twice, unless you want to of course 😊

   This was my 3rd time dining at Hibiki, bringing my partner to experience for the first time. The food is always delicious, super fresh and quick to prepare. It’s a cute small restaurant so you can sit right by the kitchen and see the staff preparing your meal. I highly recommend the pumpkin katsu bowl, the sweet fried pumpkin is amazing with the sauce and wakame salad. The staff are always super friendly and attentive and give a great dining experience. Even the kitchen staff show a smiling face and thank you as you leave. The food, ambiance and staff all make a really lovely restaurant to visit, I will be back again!
