   My wife was served sea bass that was cold and raw. My food was very good. Ambience and service were excellent.

   What an incredible dinner experience! It was above and beyond our expectations. The food was incredible, the service was awesome. 2 1/2 hours went by in a flash.

   Great service and excellent food. Speakeasy vibe was spot on, low light, great ambiance and nice touches all around.

   Food was excellent. A little cramped but that may have only been because it was Valentine's Day. Highly recommend for date night.

   We really loved this place for Valentine’s Day. I was not expecting a fixed menu and it was quite pricy but such great food so we thought it was worth it. Will definitely go back.

   We had such a fun dining experience at Hide & Seek. We went there to celebrate my birthday and the atmosphere was so fun. Joshua was our waiter and he was attentive and informative about the menu and any questions we had. The food was amazing and the presentation was impressive. We did the candy land dessert. It was worth the price, just for the presentation and art of the chef.

   I actually wanted to like this place. Our evening started by being chastised by a bartender for entering through the wrong door. The highlight of the evening was our server, Paula. We sent the soup back because it was cold. The lamb was ordered med rare and came out medium to medium well. We didn’t bother sending it back because by that point we had no confidence in the chef’s ability to control his kitchen. Just three examples of the numerous missteps one should not encounter from a restaurant trying to play at this level. Overall I’m glad we went but I wouldn’t go back.

   The first 30 minutes of my experience had me a little worried. I got a call from the restraint a few hours before our reservation asking to move it back 30 minutes so my party if 3 could have a "larger" table. We arrived and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes and by the time we sat down we were starving. The table we were sat at was one of the smallest in the room. However, as soon as the food started coming out we quickly forgot about the delay in seating. The potato bites and popovers to start were welcomed and delicious. We ordered the steak tartare, ravioli, and scallop ceviche to start. The scallop dish was the star of the show but all were great. For entrees we had the filet, short rib, and kings crown lamb. All were amazing with the lamb being our favorite. We ordered the eclair for dessert and the orange sauce and ice cream were incredible. It wasn't similar to a traditional eclair but was so great. The food and our waiter really turned the night around for us, not to mention the cosmos, old fashioned and really great spicy mocktails. Will be back soon!
