Steaks were extremely tough nearly impossible to chew, potato were served cold We were charged for sodas at the restaurant that are FREE on casino floor and can be brought into the restaurant dining area. We were offered $7 total off the meals we didn’t eat. Overall NOT great!

We both ordered the 5oz filet with whipped garlic potatoes and house salad. The flavors were amazing. Our filets were cooked to perfection, and the potatoes were so flavorful. We chose Bleu cheese dressing, and it tasted homemade... so good. The only items that could have been better were the rolls. They weren't warm and were on the dry side. We will definitely return!

The Thanksgiving meal was great! Lots of food, excellent service, good price! We hope they do it again next year!

High Plains Steakhouse was delicious. We had the Members Wednesday night Ribeye....Everything was perfect no complaints, great service. We will definitely go again.

The food was excellent. The service was better than average for a Cheyenne restaurant. The ambiance left something to be desired as the restaurant is open to the Casino floor, and subject to the noise from the gaming machines. It was difficult to hold a conversation during dinner because of this. I personally would prefer that the restaurant be separated from the casino. That being said, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and will return again.

Food was great, service was good. The only shame is that this nice restaurant is located inside of a Casino. They should have put up a wall to separate the Casino from the Restaurant and it would be much more attractive for a fine dining restaurant.

The food was good, but not excellent and overpriced in my opinion. The server was great. The ambiance for a supposed upscale restaurant is totally lacking . Pretty tables set practically right in the middle of the casino. If many more players had been there the noise would have been bad.

Food is great, unfortunately service is too slow - we waited 45 minutes from the time we ordered to get our salads, 75 minutes to get our dinners, and when meals finally came out they were cold. Asked for basic things like knives and ketchup, and were told (after we were done eating) that they were on the way. Rolls came out as they were clearing our plates of cold food - what are we supposed to do with dinner rolls after we eat? I think our server was new and just needs training, but there are definitely process issues. We asked the host and several others servers for small things like drink refills, and the only response was "I'll tell your server". The food is good - the staff needs training and there needs to be a manager onsite to support the team while they're learning!
