   High Tide has never disappointed us. It's our family's go-to for outstanding seafood, ambience, wonderful service and fun times. We highly recommend it to anyone who loves seafood.

   This was our first time visiting and eating there and it did not disappoint. I made a reservation and when we arrived we got seated right away and once we sat down our server immediately brought us water without even having to ask. All his recommendations were spot on and the portion sizes are big enough to share or for leftovers. We will be coming back to visit again.

   The lobster bisque is always a treat, and the new bang bang shrimp are delicious. Service is always wonderful. A hidden gem in the East valley.

   A member of our party stated that her steak was cold. But she had no desire to have it corrected out of fear. Something would be done to it out the health code. My gumbo was extremely thick, but it had plenty of protein in it. My husband felt his cocktail was too deluted.

   We were seated promptly and greeted by our server, Ashley, quickly with water. Drink and appetizers were ordered within minutes and arrived just as quickly. Calamari was excellent. Soup and salad took a bit longer, but Ashley was on top of it. Checked in when she noticed they hadn’t arrived yet, and moments later they were on the table. The lobster bisque was creamy and flavorful, and went very well with the sourdough bread. Dinner we ordered cioppino and the chef special. Cioppino broth had excellent flavor and came with an abundance of delicious seafood. Chefs special blackened red snapper with crawfish risotto was also quite good, though the snapper could have used with more blackening seasoning. Ashley did a great job taking care of us. She was friendly, just attentive enough. Best dining experience we’ve had since arriving in Phoenix - We will absolutely be going back!

   Our server was great, but due to the number of other guests the server was responsible for, it took at least an extra 15 to 20 minutes for us to receive our bill. Food was great and our server was fantastic-just complain that server was responsible for a larger number of customers than other servers.

   Another really fine experience at High Tide! Lovely front desk greeting, perfect booth in quiet area as requested, our server charming and efficient (thanks for the sample of Garlic Chili Sauce to help us decide YES for Brussels sprouts app!) and food + wine terrific: Tide Roast, salmon BLT, chopped salad w/perfectly grilled shrimp…I could go on, as all dishes spot on in preparation and presentation. Even the other wait staff bussing etc were great. Honestly flawless start-to-finish. These folks know how to hire and how to run a restaurant. Kudos
