The food staff were amazing and the lady serving the pork was an absolute star would want to see her in any restaurant. The bar staff were awful and rude it was 5.29 and I asked if the bar was open yet and the lady said no are you not able to read we don't open till 5.30. We loved the food and because of one experience we will not be returning, but don't want to put people off cos the food was 5 * just the service wasn't

Salmon dish was not palatable due to the smell, ice cream was of cheap brand or tasted not so nice, one of the desert was warm will was meant to cold due being placed near a warn chocolate, one of the staff was banging the dishes when she was clearing than at the plates collecting area. Not nice for us to hear plates and cutlery being slammed when we are having our dinner. Pork was near halal meat.

We always head to Highlands Hotel every New Year’s Day . The staff are friendly and professional. The atmosphere and food was fantastic. Thank you for a great start to 2025 .

We haven’t visited since 2019. Variety of food was ok, food wasn’t not hot just tepid. Dessert bar in particular was a mess, not as good variety as I remember. Supervision of children poor. I detest when children are left to serve themselves. Sorry for being so blunt

It was quite busy but the line moved quickly so it didn't take too long to get to the lovely food. The food was delicious, lots of it and if a certain thing was finished it was quickly refilled. The wait staff were very friendly and great collecting our dirty plates

We reached at 8pm on 16th Dec.it was my daughters bday.wen I reached security said they are closed due to power cut We had to go home And we could nor celebrate.. my experience is very bad.. they dint even contacted us to apologise nothing

To be honest food was average. I must say the salt and pepper calamari was delicious but the first bite I took of a chicken nugget and it was stone cold and raw in the middle. I let the staff know behind the counter and she said maybe they stuck together when cooking but if this were the case they would stay stuck together once cooked. I'd just be cautious when consuming fried foods like chicken etc when coming here because if you have kids and they don't notice they could get seriously ill. This experience was enough to be turned off after tasting sweet, raw, cold chicken but this happens sometimes and hopefully it was a learning curve. If I was staff working there, I would have thrown away the whole batch
