Hildee's celebrates the Texas Hill Country and Southern regional cuisine highlighting central Texas ranchers and farmers. Ryan Hildebrand with Chef Pat Sommers and Pastry Chef Caroline Ramirez focus on locally sourced ingredients following the seasons with creative interpretations of traditional southern cuisine. Located adjacent to Blue Hole Park just a mile from the Wimberley Square, Hildee's offers a comfortable, casual setting, a covered patio, indoor seating, full bar, and a play area for our younger friends. After wayyyy to long of delay, finally made our way to Hildees last evening. A wonderful experience. The food was excellent and the service provided by Olivia was even better. We can’t wait to go back again soon. O The chicken fried steak was the best I have had in 30 years. Have had the experience of dining with the chefs preparations for 20 years across several restaurants. I must say Ryan has a wonderful thing going now. If in the area don’t miss it!

Way too loud. With concrete floors it is so loud you cannot even talk.

Food was good but they were out of the salmon and decaf coffee my wife wanted.

We do smoke the salmon in house, so sometimes that happens. Sorry. However, we are never out of decaf. Please let management know if you run into that again. Thanks for coming by! Hope to see you again soon!

Kind of a cool place. But, inside, the acoustics are not good for normal conversations when the place is full. The food was marginal. Taste was OK but, eggs over easy were more like over medium/hard on all that ordered. No fountain Dr. Pepper so no refills. Had to order and pay per can. $$ value overall for breakfast. The service saved the rating here. Our waiter was spectacular. Likely drive a little more over to Wimberley Cafe next time.

The waitress made a mistake on bringing out correct drinks but quickly noticed and corrected the issue. Food was quickly served and tasted very good. Would visit again based on food quality. My only complaint was disco music being played in the morning :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch at Hildee's. The chicken thigh and honey biscuit were delicious and the side of cucumber and onion were super unique. The drinks made it even better. We look forward to dining there again.

Spot on hill country fancy/casual. Wimberley sorely needed a place like this. Food was yummy. Bar had a good cocktails and solid beers on tap. It was busy yet everyone held it together and were consistently nice and friendly. The Salisbury steak is the jam. Keep up the good work y’all!
