We had a great meal. Stopped in for Prime Rib night for the first time and we were not disappointed. Service was terrific, and we enjoyed the solo guitar player (AJ Love).

Paulette was a very good server. Food was good. Next time I will come in a different door!! Didn’t like walking through the bar.

Can not understand why you could not take the leftover crabs home with you?? It was not like a buffet where you take too much food, the crabs were brought to us and when we could not finish them we could not take them home??? What a complete waste and the spinach salad was awful and then they add a 20% tip to the total and stupid me did not see that and gave her another 22% so she got a $53 tip on a $120 meal I will never go back!

Wife and I go there frequently. I usually hit the all you can eat crabs, but got the ribeye on the specials menu. Was amazing. Oysters always outstanding.

It had been a while, pre-Covid, since I had been there. Was as I remembered as far as food and service.

Happy they had a non seafood dish that was delicious for me. Boyfriend loved the AYCE crabs.

We went for AYCE crabs to celebrate my husband's birthday and instead of having the choice of two types of crabs, they only had one that night. That wasn't such a big deal but ... the price of the crabs was outrageous! In addition, for reasons unknown, they add a 20% gratuity automatically to the bill. If I receive great service, I usually tip 25%-30% but I greatly dislike being forced to pay for what that night was mediocre service. All the server did is dump 1-2 additional trays of crabs on our table when we were ready for more - she didn't even empty our bucket! I understand the utility of adding on the gratuity for groups of 6 or more but this was just my husband and me and the restaurant was not at all crowded.) Bottom line, AYCE crabs for two with no apps, no drinks (except a coke for me), and no dessert cost me $180 for this local, more-than-casual restaurant!!! If it hadn't been my husband's birthday, we would have left to go somewhere else, just on principle. Just a very disappointing and expensive evening. To be fair, the regular fare at the Crab House is usually consistently decent.
