Historical Dining Rooms is a new revelation in British dining, showcasing a range of seasonal tasting menus, serving fine dining dishes from our heritage in an unusual and modern way.
We serve at the moment a 5 and a 9 course Tasting menu available for both meat and vegetarian options( last booking for the 9 course tasting menu is 8:30).
Starting January 2016 we introduced an Early Evening deal menu served between 5:30 -7:00 pm with the last booking at 6:45pm.
OUR NEWEST EVENT : AFTERNOON TEA IS RUNNING EVERY SATURDAY STARTING 18TH OF JUNE, 12-2:30 PM. See the menu below.
We also have a Victorian Breakfast event showcasing dishes from the finest cooks and writers from the Victorian period. The event it's hold on the first Saturday every month between 10am and 1pm.

    Interesting old recipes with a modern twist. Lovely Victorian decor, though I feel the waitresses could have worn something more in keeping

    Excellent fine dining at the right price for the exquisite fare. Great modern takes on oldey worldey recipes. Will definitely stump up for more on the next special occasion or a special foody visitor.

    An amazing evening - no idea why I hadn't heard about this place sooner. Historical recipes given a modern presentation, amazing flavours and textures - some of which were totally new to me. The ambience created by the decor and the little nods to Victorian dining tradition is totally matched by the food - it was such a fun and interesting evening. Thank you so much for an fabulous experience. We are now your unpaid viral marketing team! See you soon for the 9 course menu.
