Enjoy 8 small plates served throughout the night; first seating at 19.30, last seating at 22.00. Live music to ring in the new year from with countdown to midnight and DJ until 3:00am. Price includes a half bottle of Taittinger Rosé Champagne per person, plus a glass of Brut to ring in the new year. Black Tie, or dress to impress. Add matching 75ml wines to each course for £65.00 per person. An optional 13% service charge will be added to the dining price and any additional purchases at the restaurant on the day. Let your hair down and enjoy an interactive cocktail-making masterclass with friends and colleagues. Each masterclass lasts for 1.5 hours and includes; two cocktails of our mixologists' choice, demonstrated and then made and enjoyed by your group. The masterclass also comes with a delicious selection of charcuterie, cheese and bread to share. Masterclasses are available for two to six persons and between 4pm and 9pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Please note any dietary requirements or allergens at time of booking. A 13% optional service charge will be added to the final bill. Please note that on exceptional occasion, Hithe + Seek may be reserved exclusively and on those days will be unable to accommodate the cocktail masterclass.

This was my second experience at the wine bar. I was attracted to the spot as it is located in the westin hotel where I was staying. The portions are small and the quality is just ok. For the price, I would expect slightly larger portions or higher quality. The ambiance is also just ok it was very noisy so I couldn’t feel relaxed and enjoy the views. Overall if you are looking for a convenient spot and are interested in pairing wine with a few small plates this is the spot for you

Beautiful bar and the tapas were delicious. A little small and I was hungrier than expected, but definitely worth trying. Only negative is there was an issue with my bill which I didn’t realise until after my visit, but overall I enjoyed the experience and would visit again.

A lovely venue, stunning views and friendly, helpful staff. One thing is that the service was a little slow, given that there weren't many other people aside from our group. I'd also expect it to be a little quicker given the premium you're paying for the food and drink. However, everyone had a great evening and we'd all be happy to revisit!

Lovely interior but restaurant was empty and it is obvious why. Menu was very overpriced and food wasn't great. Larger portions for half the price would draw a better crowd. Very disappointed.

The eight course tasting menu was outstanding. Artistically presented and punching some amazing flavours. Just the right sized portions so that the last course was consumed with the same relish as the first.

Not a restaurant, it is a hotel bar. And directions are terrible. Sent us all over and didn’t say it was part of a hotel. Very disappointing

The moment we stepped in to the moment we stepped out we were treated like royalty. The food was beautifully presented, nothing was too much trouble . A tasty and lovely experience 10 out of 10 will be back!

Absolutely loved the afternoon tea experience! It was my first time, the venue is easy to find and had a beautiful set up. Also loved being able to look at the Thames river during/after tea. The. variety of sandwiches and desserts was the perfect combination. The presentation at each stage of the tea was lovely, absolutely beautiful. Also enjoyed your host/server. He was so helpful in giving tea recommendations, quite kind, and had a nice sense of humor. He didn’t mind taking a photo op of me and my best friend as well. Will rave about this to my friends!
