   We love Holdren's and come here often. We made a reservation and we were celebrating 2 Birthdays. I had an email from Holdren’s saying I can order a birthday dessert. The other birthday gal couldn’t find her email. The server looked at my email and then turned to the other lady and said you need to order off the menu since you don’t have an email did he think we were lying? The server kept insisting that there were some sort of secret code on my email that he had to take down. There was no code or anything like it on the email. He said he needed to check with his manager to see if that was a real email . Again, did he think we were making this up. He was not friendly until he handed us a bill and then amazingly he became very friendly and chatty. This is the first time we’ve had this server and hopefully the last. The food was delicious. Even though our server put a damper on the meal we will still come back because we love Holt Ron’s.

   Always a pleasant dining experience. Just love the Wednesday night special. Happy Hour is really good here. Servers are polished, professional and friendly. It’s our hidden gem.

   Excellent wait service! It's always this way at Holdren's which is such a pleasure. The food was fantastic as was bar service. This was a Sunday about 5:30 pm so was very surprised with the loud drunks at the bar. We understand that this is not the restaurant's fault. But their jarring, drunken laughter and yelling at each other to be heard, filled the entire restaurant. We asked for our dessert to be packaged up and took it home. I see there's an outdoor patio with heaters as we walked out. Maybe will try that next time?

   The tuna in the tuna tartare tower was tasteless and poorly cut. We ordered the lam lollipops medium raw and they came out medium well. After those two appetizers (and about $60), we decided to cut out losses and left.

   My 5th visit over the years for work lunches or dinners, and my husband’s first. They didn’t disappoint. Our waiter Steven was exceptional! His recommendations were spot on. Started with the most tender and flavorful lamb lollipops. We highly recommend!! Also indulge in their Caprese with heirloom Cherokee tomatoes with a delicious sweet balsamic reduction and creamy mozzarella. I was in heaven. This while enjoy my Raspberry-mulled Lemon Drop. The lobster bisque and Cesar Salad, were fresh and flavorful. Our mains were Steven’s recommend filet medallions with scalloped potatoes and the fresh bass and a baked potato with the works. Both were a culinary delight. Of course we had some leftovers. Steven packed up the rest and even added an Anniversary cheesecake slice with fresh berries to go. Thank you all for making our Anniversary dinner exactly what we hoped for. Look forward to more date nights at Holdren’s.

   Outstanding service and remarkable dishes. Our party enjoyed scallops, lamb pops, artichoke/crab soup, salmon, and filet mignon. The sides were garlic mashed potatoes, spinach, and vegetables. Finally we finished with dessert. Very happy with experience.

   This restaurant was a delight to enjoy! The food is solidly prepared and high quality. Service was attentive and just lovely. A very enjoyable meal! I'm already looking forward to returning here. Lovely ambiance, food, and an overall excellent experience. Highly recommended!!
