Not enough servers and we were left completely alone after we got our beverages. When you are paying sooo much for a special Christmas dinner it was a big let down. At a buffet dinner you accumulate dishes as you eat your meal , and our table was full of used dishes. No drink or water refills. We had to go and find our server to get our bill so we could leave.

The buffet on Christmas Day at the Jasper Park Lodge was good, a wide variety of choices. The desert selections were excellent and tasted as good as they looked.

I was surprised at the absence of vegetables. There excellent dishes but besides the couple of raw vegetables at the appetizer table there was a very limited if no selection at the buffet. I thought it was quite unusual.
