   Alicia, our server did not disappoint. She was attentive and kind and ready to help us as 2 of our group had some allergies that they needed attention. We were super pleased with our entire experience. All Around 5 STARS... Thank you.

   This was our second time to Holly Hill Inn and I feel like it was even better than the first time. Food and service are top notch. We have decided it is our Christmas tradition. If you have the chance, I don’t believe you will be disappointed. Expect to spend some money though.

   Holly Hill is a wonderful restaurant in Midway Kentucky. A little off the main highway and quiet a charming old house. The rooms are smaller and have wonderful Christmas decorations. The 3 course fixed plate menu provides a nice vaiety of choices for each course. Additionally you can add a sharable starter and wine pared with each course by person. Several dishes feature the local grown / KY special ingredients. A unique combination of New York flare and Southern Living. Our group of 6 had most of the choices for all 3 courses and each person was delighted and would reoder what they chose. All would come again to Holly Hill. Service was prompt, friendly and very professional.

   I have never been disappointed when dining here and am willing to try things that I’ve never had before here. We are extremely fortunate to have this place close by! My only “complaint” is with OpenTable, who can’t seem to amend a reservation!

   The holiday menus at Holly Hill Inn are always lovely and 2024's is no exception. Wonderfully seasonal options -- I particularly enjoyed the bright citrus salad -- and just the right size portions. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and the staff is attentive and friendly. Glad we made the trip again this year and hope to return more quickly than next December; but we'll definitely also be back next December.

   We’ve had multiple Christmas dinners with friends here over the years. This was by far our least favorite dinner at Holly Hill. We have always been seated in one of the nice downstairs dining rooms. We were seated this time upstairs in a cold room that had no ambiance. The wait staff had to bring all our drinks and food up the staircase. Maybe that was why it took us 3 hours to eat and was never offered more bread etc. It was a price fixe menu. I was shocked, as 3 of us had a huge plates of fresh, beautiful trout. I on the other hand had a vegetarian plate that had the smallest (& least value) dinner at the table, plus the chef knows better than to serve a plate that had NO protein, my only option on the menu! Holy Hill has always been better than this. The outside and foyer were so festive!
