It’s the perfect way to celebrate Lunar New Year with family and friends! Afternoon Tea is available on Monday - Thursday from 2 PM till close and Friday - Sunday all day. Reservations are required a day in advance. Kindly inform us of any allergies or intolerances in your booking notes as not all accommodations can be made last-minute.

Our waitress, Jennifer, was great. Very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Appreciated the restaurant allowiing my friend and I to stay awhile.

We always love coming to Holt Café, and this visit was no exception! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience special—they were incredibly accommodating and even surprised us with a complimentary dessert to celebrate our occasion. The service was warm and attentive, and the food, as always, was excellent. It’s little gestures like these that make this place stand out. Can’t wait to come back!

Server was very friendly and professional. Ambiance of the cafe was nice. Food quality was not up to my expectations associated with the generally high reputation of Holt Renfrew. The chicken in my dish was overcooked and very dry. Maybe it was simply the chef who was on duty at the time of the meal.

The Jo Malone High Tea was nothing as expected. Food is only fair. Guests receive an empty HR bag with a tiny tester size of perfume.

Overall, it was fine, but I had specifically booked the Jo Malone afternoon tea because my daughters wanted the Jo Malone gift fragrance that would accompany the meal. The cheque arrived without the gift and when I inquired about it I was told that they had run out. I was given a few tiny samplers that you could get for free at any Sephora. It was a bit disappointing.

The staff were wonderful and for us in for the special afternoon tea when there was a mix up with our reservation. The sandwiches and scones were delicious, the pastries were okay - but nothing that was amazing. But overall a lovely experience.
