   Had a fantastic dinner sitting at the bar (by choice) with our favorite bartender Annabehl. We had some delicious cocktails, drank some wine, and had a variety of appetizers including the Ahi Bruschetta, the octopus, a fantastic ravioli special, a very flavorful greek salad, a delightful cioppino and some yummy after dinner coffee drinks. A totally delightful evening with great crew members. Not to miss.

   Our group of 7 all enjoyed Honu. Food and service top notch! Only complaint was noise level of the restaurant music made conversation somewhat difficult. It’s so beautiful and the view is great don’t really need loud music to enhance the experience. Honu a definite must when visiting!

   We were seated with a Bar reservation via OpenTable. The service was excellent - G is incredibly nice. Food was extremely tasty, served hot, and the drinks were good as well. One had the fish and chips (made with Ahi??) and the other the mushroom pizza. Both were excellent. The Somm's wine by the glass was added to our Wine.com order for home. It was pretty noisy, due to a guest seated next to us that had family working there and others coming up to speak (loudly) with her all throughout the meal. But was bar seating, so what can you do? I'll definitely return, though.

   The Wagu beef ravioli appetizer was excellent. The Mahi fresh fish dore style was delicious but a little heavy on the sauce. The scallops were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The house Chardonnay and Cabernet were very good. The service was outstanding. I loved the ambiance of black and white finishes, the illuminated white bar countertop and the historic surfing photos. I can’t leave out the close proximity to the water and the lovely sound of waves hitting the rocks. We can’t wait to go back.

   So happy Honu was able to re-open! One of our favorite spots, and our meal was excellent as always. One of the top fine dining restaurants in West Maui! Service was excellent, the team all works together to make a seamless dining experience! We had the fish special and the cioppino, both were flavorful and nicely prepared. You can't beat the location right on the water, and the remodeled interior is lovely. Highly recommend!

   ALways a great meal. We are so happy to have . The food is as excellent!! Gerry is such a great server. You can tell how he loves people, , so friendly, knowledgable about the menu, always has. a recommendation if necessary. The manager Pam always makes it a point to walk to every table and introduce herself . Everyone is very friendly and it's a great meal. We brought friends who have never been there and they love it!
