    Had a wonderful Valentine's Day experience. We were on a ski vacation so this was our first time dining here. And, it was a convenient Uber ride away from our hotel. The service was very accommodating without being intrusive but the culture did seem like they wanted to keep things moving along at a pace to turn tables. That said, we were not pushed at the end of our stay and enjoying lingering over tea and coffee after our meal. Excellent selection of specialty cocktails and wines by the glass. The only negative comment regarding the food would be the crab cake appetizer was heavy on the filler and light on the crabmeat. But, the elk entree was outstanding and the ahi tuna entree was very good. The Tiburon salad was amazing and the sorbet (made in house) was a very nice surprise. The portions are very filling and we had no room for dessert but loved the French press coffee. Very nice experience, highly recommend.

    First time there and in from out of town. It was Valentine’s Day, so I will give them grace. There was plenty of wait staff, but for some reason we waited 20mins after we were seated to get our waiter. Then, of course, we’re “on the clock” and the waiter wanted to take our wine, appetizer and dinner order right away. I politely said we’ll order wine, then order dinner in a short bit. Food was average. My steak was under cooked and had to be sent back; my wife’s salmon was way over cooked, but she ate it. Waiter did a nice job presenting and opening the wine, but then never returned to refill glasses. Not a huge deal. I think they have a good thing going, but could use some attention to detail.

    Great experience. We did have to wait nearly 30 mins past our reservation (we were 10 mins late) but after that things were great. The waiting staff was attentive and discreet, anticipating what we needed. They did not rush us and timed the courses perfectly. Cocktails (Kentucky Mule, Old Fashioned) were well made. The Tiburon salad was fabulous. Rest of the food was very good. Didn't unfortunately have space to try any dessert (perhaps smaller portions for bread and salad might leave room for sides/ appetizers and dessert).

    Tables are packed in there, service was great. Our server was a tentative and tried to get more creative with our drinks to make them better which we appreciate. Limited liquor menu meaning they have one type of tequila and it’s not good. It gives the vibe that a non-drinker created the drinking menu. Food was OK. Didn’t do anything special for an anniversary except a little silly sign on the table.  I was bummed on our table placement when I asked specifically for a nice table for our anniversary, but then I realized there really wasn’t a better table. They were all just packed in there.

    Good meat, good salad, skimpy on the vegetables (a little too much garlic), skimpy on the potatoes. Poor lighting over the individual tables. Outstanding service. Definitely will return.
