Hopfields specializes in French-fusion locally focused cuisine, 40 tap craft beer wall, a thoughtfully curated wine list and full bar. Boasting a warm inviting atmosphere with cozy nooks to venture into. Often praised for it's elevated but approachable style.

The scratch-made menu offers food ranging from upscale specials, a finger-food bar menu, traditional-fusion French comforts and our Pascal Burger that has won Best Burger in Austin 6 years in a row.

Hopfields has tableside service reservable for dinner in our dining room and patio, as well as a walk-in bar service, so you can customize the experience you want and always find a seat.

Our lunch is a bar-service style that features traditional French sandwiches, salads and snacks.

Brunch has a special menu reservable for tableside service or casual bar-style service; all in a 'not your average too-busy-to-book restaurant' setting. A few brunch classics, but many twists that make the menu scrumptious for everyone.

Some unusual different/combinations - e.g. duck reuben sandwich. Good food - good service Out of homemade sorbet :(

I had the mussels and fries and the flavor was awesome--just enough spice! The reason I am only giving 3 stars for the food is that the fries and the mussels were served in the same bowl which made a for a french fry soup towards the end. I would recommend asking for the fries on the side. The service was very slow but the server was extremely pleasant and I suspect this was more of a kitchen issue. The menu prices are about average for a restaurant like this. I would go back but I would order fries on the side!

Hopfields is quickly becoming a favorite. We love everything about this restaurant. Great for a date night!

Such a cute place, we went for dinner with friends. The food was great and we loved the ambiance. Will definitely go back.

When you first enter Hopfields from Guadalupe street you’re in the bar / lounge. On the Friday night we were there it was bustling and I was a bit worried. But the space is much larger than just that first room, and after following the hall a bit we were seated in a room in the back where we could have a wonderful date night meal with just the right amount of separation from the other diners including those in the nearby large party seating areas. Anna was pleasant, knowledgeable, and just the right amount of attentive. The food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the French onion soup, beet and ricotta salad, duck wings a l’orange, and lamb shank. Can’t wait to go back and try several other dishes.

Had a great brunch. First time I’ve been there in years and forgot how good it is. Service was great, food delicious. Will be back.

We sat outside but when you sit inside the concrete floors and cinder block walls can get quite loud. However, we've been to Hopefield's several times and the food and service are always exceptional. This is one of Austin's hidden gems.

The large group table for the 10 of us was lovely. We loved the brunch menu options and appreciate the attentive service. The lunch menu was tempting to some and we wished for some of those options as well as brunch. We’ll have to return at different hours to experience more of the menu options. Thank you for having us! I hope to book a large group with you again.
