The Hoppy Gnome menu will focus on fresh ingredients, striving to exceed the dining expectations of our guests. We feature a “scratch” kitchen which gives us a unique capability to cater to the many needs and desires of our guests. Tacos are our focus but we are much more, the taco is simply the delivery vehicle for the culinary creations wrapped inside. You’ll see everything from duck confit, to korean short rib, to a basic “taqueria” style taco. The menu will rotate two to four times a year, and in addition to tacos; appetizers, salads and tortas will round out the menu. Open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week.

The food is always great! Had a table by the glass wall at the kitchen and it adds to the experience watching food fly out of the kitchen. Ambiance in the restaurant is nice.

It was great! We went for brunch on a Saturday and it was a really good experience. Not too busy which was nice and the food was really good. I got the pork belly Benedict and at first my eggs Benny wasn’t runny which I was disappointed but I told my waiter and he fixed it for me which I was so glad cause I love my egg runny in my eggs Benedict. The waiter also gave me the hoppy hash which was really good while I waited for my remake eggs Benedict. The pork belly was so tender and delicious. I would get it again. I also ordered a mimosa and it tasted perfect! Not too much champagne and was the perfect amount of OJ. Highly recommend the hoppy gnome and would return to try the tacos and beer.

The overall service and ambiance of the hoppy gnome were great but it fell short in some areas. Most likely do to the holiday weekend I found that while the environment was nice the food fell short to my expectations. Particularly some of the tacos didn’t line up with how they were described on the menu. The barnacoa taco had shaving of burnt onion on the top that left a bad impression in my mind. In my opinion the Mahi Mahi taco was the better option. Drinks were strong and a delight with dinner. We decided to go with the table side s’mores and they definitely saved the nice but they were also just a bit messy on their own.

The dinner feature was delicious (pork belly, fried rice, egg & siracha drizzle). The burger is always a solid choice. Then of course tacos! Good service.
