   Made a special reservation to have a self care night for myself. I stalked the menu online to make sure I ordered the perfect meal. Was on time for my 8pm reservation. Once seated I waited 10 minutes before I had to flag down the nice busboy and ask him who my server was for my section. He was very gracious and then my server arrives and says " oh I didn't know this was my section" I brushed it off even though the tone of this dinner has been set and not a good one. I ordered my appetizer and margarita. She said she would be back for my dinner order. I received the most delicious crab dip and margarita. Now its about 8:45pm and my server has yet to return to take my dinner order. Has yet to come to my table to even check if I may have needed or wanted anything. At 8:50pm she comes to my table... at that moment I asked for the manager. I sat so long I no longer wanted the dish I stalked online and couldn't wait to try (crab & shrimp fettuccini). The manager arrived and was very apologetic for his servers lack of customer service. I literally cried at my table. Its not often a single mother gets time to herself to have a nice dinner. I had booked a hotel room next door Marina Inn and ended up going back to my hotel and order taco bell on DoorDash. I was crushed my dinner I looked forward to all week was destroyed. It wasn't just about the dinner, I was there for the experience.

   When you want fine dining and beautiful ambiance, the place to go is Horatio's. I was excited to celebrate my birthday with a good friend. The evening was amazing!

   Went on Thanksgiving 2024. The salad and main course food was good. Small portions of the potatoes, dressing and vegetables. The pumpkin pie was stale.

   This is our second Thanksgiving dinner at Horatio's in two years. Their level of service is wonderful and their food is terrific. It's a very nice but casual atmosphere, perfect for families and friends alike. Great neighborhood gem.

   The high score is due to our server Chad, he was amazing! The garlic bread was delivered warm and his wine recommendation was spot on. We ordered dessert to go and that missed the mark. (The pastry chef should take a few notes from Paradiso who presents to-go crème brûlée in a tin vs., spooning into a to-go container.) We would definitely return because of Chad’s level of customer service.

    Thanksgiving dinner 2024. The food was very good, the service was really lacking. Amongst other issues, Food should not be delivered to a table which is covered with empty dishes from the prior course, and then expect your guests to gather and stack their plates while the wait person stands there with plates of hot food to deliver. Two different wait staff came to our table: first they asked how we would like our steak, no one ordered steak. The second brought a drink, we’d already received our cocktails. The restaurant was half full when we’re seated for our 3:30 reservation and when we ordered around 4:00 we were told that they were already out of Pumpkin pie. Last year we had a much later reservation and were told (when dinner was delivered) they were out of cranberry sauce. It seems they have a small problem with planning for Thanksgiving.but the food was very good
