   The booking process (with YOU) is strange. When I booked, it said NO vacancies inside, so I booked for outside with a request to change to inside if possible. While we were there, the inside was only SPARSELY used. Hardly anyone. So what is going on with your booking service. It seems to be quite inaccurate.

   Hi Christine, I am not entirely sure what has happened here with regards to your OpenTable Booking experience. My only explanation would be that your party exceeded 4 persons? There are only eight tables inside the Café. We can place together two sets of tables and create two tables for four - however, we are limited in accommodating larger groups inside. I have passed on your feedback to OpenTable with the request that they ensure parties of 1 to 4 always have the option to book inside the Cafe if we have tables available.    The food was delicious and great value, and the wines available were excellent, too. Paul and other staff members could not have been more hospitable. Thanks for a lovely meal and experience.

   It was a hot day, so had changed our booking to inside. A group of 7, ordering different dishes and every one of us were very impressed with our food. Disappointed cash is not accepted. I would have happily gone again, except for the NO CASH ACCEPTED.

   Lunch before show at HOTA, the Cafe was crowded but we were served surprisingly quickly. My fish and chips was OK,chips very highly salted and fish is a bit overcooked. My friend had the Buddha bowl with chicken and said it was delicious. Prices not too bad. We would come again

   Lovely food, casual and relaxed atmosphere and don't be fooled by what appears to be limited choices on the menu - there is also a cabinet full of wraps, more options on QR code menu and smoothies available on request

   Lovely staff who were very accommodating. Food was nicely presented and tasty. The weather turned nasty just as we arrived so that affected the ambience and perhaps turned potential guests away, but we had a fabulous pre show meal and drinks. We will be back.

   A very enjoyable experience, with delicious food, prompt, efficient and pleasant staff. Noisy though on covered deck and a bit chilly. We loved our margarita cocktails and would come back for those.

    Waited 45 minutes for food from the display cabinet. We were told this would be faster than ordering from the menu. 2 croissants came within 20 minutes and were cold.

May I offer my sincerest apologies for the wait times on your food and that your croissants were not to prepared to your desired temperature. Certain cabinet items (that are not toasted or ready to eat) are prepared in our kitchen. That evening, we faced several staffing challenges that created a significant hurdle for our team. However, I want to emphasize that this is not an excuse for the disappointed experienced by your party on this occasion.
