   Houlihans was hopping the evening we were there. But our waitress was patient and pleasant. The food was delicious!

   We ordered an appetizer and 4 entrees. They brought out the appetizer but never brought the table settings until we asked for them. I ordered crab cakes and asked to split one of my sides with my wife. I ordered two sides of french fries so she could have one too since here order of chicken alfredo didn't have a side. They brought out my plate with my order of crab cakes that were literally the size of golf balls and french fries without giving my wife any. I don't think I had a double order of fries but I gave my wife some of mine. The waiter was terrible! Then to top it off I thought after being told that I could use a gift certificate for my wife for Hershey Spa they told me I couldn't use it. Not only that I spent $150 for the certificate and found out because I didn't use it they charged me $2 a month maintenance fee after 18 months it was worthless. what a rip off. I am done with Hotel Hershey and their affiliates.

   Service was excellent.the person that take care of us was very kind.to be honest the food flavor and quality has been going down lately.i have been at the restaurant at least once a month and honestly is been going down.we ask for fettuccini alfredo and it was dry.wife ask for the parmesan chicken and the fettuccini was dry also.is not a good spot for pasta.overall drinks was good and service was great as always.
