   Big problem with the handicap parking and getting in the building. We had to walk a long distance to get into the building because the front door was blocked due to the walkway having wet cement. Our friend is disabled and has a problem walking. There was no information when we arrived that we needed to go t o the back of the building to enter. We frequently go to Houlihans for lunch and dinner and have never had issues in the past. This was not a good experience. Sharon Jacob

   For a Wednesday evening, this place was busy and service was a little slow. Other than that, everything was great!

   Ordered Fish & Chips which was very good and not over battered, only issue would be the coleslaw which had no flavor at all and was the only disappointment we had.

   The food was very good, but slow to arrive. There were a couple of snafus, but the manager came out & took care of it. We'll be back.

   Overall great experience. Appetizers were great, drink were above average. Meals were really good, served hot and just a we finished the appetizers which is always a plus. Desserts were very good and service was outstanding. A good value as well!

   There was a long wait before our server came over to acknowledge us and take our orders. Food took a while, and I had to get mine remade due to my allergy. Afterwards everything went well and food was good. Turns out our servers first day, but he did a good job overall.

   We visit this place frequently because the food is usually good. It's easy to get in and there's plenty of parking. However, during our recent visit, the waitress seemed preoccupied with a larger party and forgot about us. My husband wanted ketchup for his burger after it was brought to the table, but our waitress didn't return until we were finished and ready to pay. Although she was friendly, it was disappointing that she didn't check on us to ensure our food was satisfactory or if we needed anything else, including drink refills, until the end of our meal. It might be helpful for the supervisor to assign additional help during busy times. Despite this, we still plan to return because the food is consistently good.

    First time. Food was not the best. I got the lemon butter Salmon with mashed potatoes and green beans. Had to send the green beans back, just not cooked correctly. Then the asparagus was sprinkled with salt, I couldn't enjoy that either so I ate and few and left the rest. I think the high salt content in mashed potatoes and even asparagus turned me off the most. Service was excellent, but the food left me slightly dissatisfied. My advice would be to ask about salt alternatives or request them to even hold it, if possible.
