   Seated people who came in after us and we had a reservation. Put us at a TINY table. Waitress, Haley B, was terrible. Did not offer coffee refill. Checked on numerous other tables, multiple times, while walking right by and ignoring us. Got a box for rest of my food and ordered two desserts to go. At this point our dinner plates are teetering on the edge of the table, unlike her other tables. My to go box is in front of me and she proceeds to balance our to go desserts on top of my existing box. She brought the check, came back got the card, brought card back, then the desserts. 4 trips to get rid of us after ignoring us the entire meal, and never cleared our plates!!! I usually tip 25% but everything bad about our experience was the service and I tipped accordingly.

   Went here for Valentines Day Dinner and was seated on time with no problem. Waitress was fantastic and gave great service. We ordered the Mushrooms for an app and they were amazing. For entrees we ordered Prime Rib and Filet Mignon and were very disappointed in the fact that they were out of Prime Rib at 8pm. My wife had to settle for a Filet Mignon which was not ok as she wanted the Prime Rib. They brought out our Filet mignon's ordered medium and we got almost well done steaks with ZERO seasoning. Looked like hamburger steak. We sent them back to be remade and got them remade right but still very little to no flavor. Got macaroni and cheese as a side that looked like someone had just torn the pasta up and it also didn't look or even resemble macaroni and cheese. Tasted like alfredo and pasta. Very disappointed with the food and still paid $76 to eat food that should've been thrown away. Manager never came to talk to us about the food that needed replaced or looked bad so never had a chance to even talk to the manager. All in all Waitress was great, atmosphere was fantastic, but food was absolutely disappointing.

   We had an absolute perfect evening for Valentines Dinner! Our server was incredible and attentive, the food was outstanding and overall could not have asked for any better. Thank you for providing a very positive experience.

   We did their Pri Fixe Menu. Maybe the regular menu is better? For the starter, I got the salad which was mutilated iceberg lettuce, a few sad croutons and tomatoes. The steak (which was an up charge) was super thin on one edge so it was burnt to a crisp on one end and medium on the other. I wouldn’t go back. Despite being affordable, it was MEH!

   We really enjoy Houlihans! We had the stuffed mushrooms, the potato & tortilla soup & the butter cake. It was all so good for a quick meal. Sitting by the fireplace in the bar was perfect. Thank you for our date night.

   Food was cold with not great flavor. Cocktails were ok and barely filled half way. First drink I sent back it tasted so bad.

   Houlihans has gone downhill! We hadn’t been in awhile. Thought it was a good idea (party of 6). Service was NOT good and food was mediocre. Also 2 drinks from bar were not made right. Sad

    The food was good and portion sizes where large. The portion of green beans was on the small side but they tasted good. Sam was attentive and did his best to keep up with how much tea my boys drink at a meal. Loved we could make a reservation for our party of 8 and had our own area. The music was loud and made it difficult to carry on a conversation especially with our senior adults who have hearing difficulties. Sam tried to turn the music down when asked. Shrimp were very large, parmesan chick was enough for 2 people, stuffed chicken was very good and well cooked. Plan to visit again.
