   We had a reservation at 6:45 and did not get seated at 7:15. We asked about an open table around 7:00 in which the hostess at first told us was unavailable. Then, she proceeded to tell us our table was given up because it was out of our reservation time, and then was able to seat us at this open table. We arrived to check in at 6:44.

   My daughters and I had a wonderful dinner here Sunday evening. Everything was decorated creating a fun, holiday vibe. The food and drinks were delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and hope to return.

   Took almost an hour to take our order and when we got our food it was cold and my croissant was completely burnt on the inside of my sandwich.

   The servers were great. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't. A group of us paid for a party on their second level just to be told someone booked the whole floor. They then stuck the "party" in the front corner of the lower bar. We were not informed of this until we arrived, waste of money. We also had a dinner reservation, most of the table ordered the chicken pot pie, which was unfortunately very soupy for us all. We had a drink got to-go containers and left. Leftovers ended up in the trash. Tiktok made it seem great, not sure what happened here.

   This place was an absolute chaotic mess. We went for their “snow globe party” which said we had a table for an hour and a half with our reservation. We paid $10 for the ticket to enter it and it was truly a bunch of people standing shoved into a corner and too many people trying to cram around the bar to get a drink. Super noisy, no tables to sit at, not enough room for the amount of tickets they sold. We left after 10min. Never again.

   We confirmed with Hubbard Inn directly our reservations included a table and ability to order off whole menu even though there was an event going on. Arrived, no table under our name even though we showed confirmation. The bartenders were less than helpful and would not even look at you or help when asking for a drink or food. Barback broke 3 glasses and one shattered all over our food. We were not happy with how it was all handled.

   Downstairs is great and charming but they sat us upstairs in a dated closet with barstools and folding tables. We paid 10.00 each for Xmas brunch reservations this is awful and service and food was super slow and mediocre. We won't be back. We left after 1 hour of waiting for food.

   FYI don’t pay the $10 pp for the Jingle Brunch. It gets you nothing that ppl who make a normal reservation don’t get. If they’re busy they stick you upstairs at tiny tables with folding chairs or a bar table. Not what I was looking forward to. I would have rather waited for a table downstairs where it’s beautiful and normal tables. We had more fun sitting at the bar downstairs after we ate quickly.

   Four of us went to Hubbard Inn after attending the One of a Kind Show. We were seated immediately and ordered drinks. The drinks took about 15/20 minutes to arrive at our table. We ordered our food and the food came in about another 20 minutes. Some of the food came out lukewarm while others were served hot. The atmosphere was festive and everyone seemed to be enjoying their holiday cheer. When we finished eating we asked for our bill. I looked at the bill and was surprised to see how expensive it was. I scrolled through the bill and there were two charges on our bill for service. One was a 4% charge left over from COVID. The 2nd charge was a 20% service charge. Since we were only 4 people, I didn't expect to see a gratiuty already added to the bill. Also, under the bill total there were suggestions on how much to tip. I questioned the server regarding the charge and she just laughed and said that is what they do. OK, I understand your policy BUT you need to tell the patrons up front that you have already added the tip. If someone wasn't looking at their entire bill, they may have added on another 23% charge (especially if they were imbibing!) Also, a COVID charge??? I am not sure why people are still charging people because of COVID. She did say she could remove the COVID charge but by then we were tired and ready to head home. The whole process seemed SHADY! I do not think I would return and was disappointed in the food.
