   It was fantastic,  as always. Fish tacos - lose the pickled onions! Thank you Martini’s and a few oysters, you put it all over the top.

   The waitress was unable to separate our items on the ticket, resulting in us spending a significant portion of our evening manually itemizing the receipt into five totals. Additionally, there was an extra Diet Coke listed, which we informed the waitress about before checking out. My friend had already calculated the totals, excluding the extra Diet Coke and including the tax, for the waitress. Each total was numbered in order with our debit cards for her convenience. However, when she returned to collect our cards, she asked us to redo the totals without the extra Diet Coke and include the tax again, despite it already being done. Having worked as a waiter from 2008 to 2013, I am shocked that in 2024, Hudson House lacks the capability to separate items on a check in their system. This was a very disappointing experience.

   I used eat at Hudson House-Addison regularly and now that I have moved out of State; when I return to Addison once per month; Hudson House-Addison is my go-to place. Food is consistently good and the service is always excellent.

   My martini was watery and the salmon crispy rice was not good. For such a limited menu, they should make what they do make amazing. I will not be back. Disappointed as I had a fun night out planned with the family and Hudson House let us all down.

   We sat on the patio. Heaters worked great and it was a bit less noisy so conversation was easier. First time for my 16 yr old son who raved about the fish tacos and Mac and cheese. My gold and blue martini was excellent as always.
