   Food presentation was excellent as was the flavor. Helpful, friendly staff. The sous vide chicken was magnifique.

   My husband and I sat out on the back patio. The inside was loud so I am glad that we had that option. It was nice, peaceful, and beautiful outside. Our server was great and our food was delicious! I had the lobster roll and my husband had the ahi tuna salad. He also ordered me my pregnancy craving - macaroni and cheese and it was to die for! We will definitely be back!!

   Great food and service. Restaurant seems popular…it was standing room only in bar area when we arrived for our 6 pm reservation. Due to large crowd it was loud. We arrived early so had a short wait in bar. Lemon Drop was great! All food options were good. I enjoyed my steak and appreciated that the cook asked me to check if it was cooked to my preference. I was not uncomfortable asking for it to be cooked a little more and steak was then rushed off and then cooked to perfection! Lobster roll and hamburger were also well liked. We definitely recommend and will enjoy restaurant again!

   Everyone is extremely pleased with their entrees. We also ordered the avocado dip which was phenomenal! As well as 1/2 dozen oysters (meh) way too small. All in all we had a great dining experience with Peyton as our waiter.

   We loved the food, however we don’t know that we will go back. We were seated outside and our one table light went out 6 times with waitstaff replacing it every time. It was funny the first two times but then became annoying. Our drinks came out over ten minutes apart which created more awkward timing.

   We were excited to try Hudson House for dinner. We had the reservation for weeks. The evening started out well with an appetizer and drinks. We ordered our entrees and enjoyed conversation. My fiancé had 3/4 of her meal on the plate when the server asked if he could box it up for her. At that point it was evident that because the entrees were nearing an end there was a pressure to hurry up and vacate the table. We still wanted dessert and more drinks. Keep in mind, we were actively ordering food and drinks the entire time. It was disappointing the experience felt pressured since we had been looking forward to this. When we finished dessert, and were nearly done with drinks we were asked to leave to make room for others. We spent over 400.00, had three rounds of drinks, an appetizer costing 87.00, entrees and desserts. It was a rushed experience which took away from the ambience and the experience. The point of the dinner was to enjoy conversation with a good friend we hadn’t seen in forever and have a good dining experience.

    We had a wonderful late lunch that featured a catch-up of the 37 years since we had seen each other. The restaurant was so generous to keep our glasses full & let us visit. Since it was not prime hours it was quiet & the perfect place to spend the afternoon “remembering when”. The food is always delicious & today did not disappoint.
