   The food has always been top-notch at Hudson House, the servers are amazing, all the staff is very friendly and accommodating, Leidy was fantastic!

   The server was terrible. She gave us the bill. Never refilled our waters. Like she was in the hurry to flip the table.

   We had a wonderful waiter, the food was excellent and we had a table near the door so in a quieter area. Only one area that could be a little better -- lower prices! It sure adds up quickly.

   I took my husband to Hudson House for his 51st birthday. It’s not a romantic atmosphere; it’s more of a gathering place for friends, so if you’re looking for a romantic date, maybe Hudson House Las Colinas is not the place for that. The menu items are limited and the food is okay, but the drinks were amazing and the staff were awesome. I highly recommend the Dynamite Shrimp and the French 75.

   Great food. Attentive management. Pretty good young server, a bit overloaded. Despite a reservation hostess stuck us in the booth next to the patio door, which kept opening, and opening, and opening....with accompanying rush of wind.

   Highly disappointed with my salad ordered as it was SUPER dry and the dressing brought to the table did NOTHING to moisten it. Additionally, I asked that my salad be chopped up and mixed together before it came to the table and my request was ignored. Lastly, it was stated to the server that the burger was going to be shared and a proper cutting knife was not brought out with the burger. My drink and ambiance were the only things good about this experience. Again, just highly disappointed with my first visit to this restaurant.

    Appreciated the respect and patience of the waitstaff as my daughter had brought her 12 week old son to join us. He was perfect as she had brought the extra bottle, etc. so that we could catch up with each other over a delicious lunch. Thank you!
