We always enjoy Hudson House but I was concerned since it was New Years Eve, as some restaurants struggle. Not Hudson, food was delicious we had an experienced waiter we’ve had before and enjoyed and we were not rushed. Everything was spot on!

The blackened redfish was really good. The fusilli pasta was spicy as noted by the menu. It wasn't a lie. If you are not into spicy food this might not work for you.

Our server, Monty, was exceptional. Drink refills were timely, and he handled our food order in expert fashion. We had a lovely lunch!

Our table for 6 was ready right on time, and our server was excellent- attentive and prompt and friendly. She was quite professional. We’ve eaten there many times and the food was, as usual, delicious. We never felt rushed, and we never felt neglected! The other story is that when I made this reservation, the system had no tables for 6 available at the time I needed, so I grabbed one for 4 and one for 2. I wrote a brief comment to Hudson House - Lakewood that it was a disappointment. Within an hour I received a notice and an updated email that my reservation had been changed to 6! I keep dining there because of customer service over all categories. Rande

Very special dinner as we were celebrating a godmother proposal. Our server was kind. Food was ok. Quite mediocre for the price point. We had the steak frites and red fish. Drinks were great! Manager ruined the experience…rude and radiates bad energy. Definitely needs to fine tune her people skills. We were signing the check and shuffling to gather our things and she still comes by to basically say I’m not asking you to leave but you need to leave. We were there an hour and a half and our reservation was 4:00. Anyways, we’ll be sticking to TownHearth Brass Ram, and Neighborhood Services in the future.
