   The ambiance was intimate and cozy, which we initially appreciated. However, the seating felt cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. While we enjoyed the drinks, we found the food menu unappealing and decided not to order. Unfortunately, we felt pressured by the waiter to order food, which made us uncomfortable. This feeling was heightened by the awareness of people waiting to be seated, making us feel like we were taking up space unnecessarily. Overall, the combination of pressure and discomfort left us wanting to leave earlier than planned.

   My favourite spot in the Liverpool Station area for meeting friends. It has the right buzzy feel with excellent wines, albeit not cheap, but then you do get what you pay for. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful

   Was really nice and given a table, when they could not find out booking and also a glass of champagne. The wine and food was great.

   Great little wine bar with a small menu which caters for most diets despite being on the smaller side. Very good food and nice atmosphere.

   Light lunch & wine - Dec 23 5 people, greeted nicely and seated on a quaint side-table, furnished with menus quickly. Orders taken and water provided, wine selected and back at table within 5mins - excellent. Food was served with a smile and diners checked for everything they required - often left out the dining experience, so a welcome nicety. Steak, fish and sides ordered ... all cooked to order - good. We sat and chatted for 45mins then left with an accurate, reasonable bill paid after discussing with the Italian staff about the fondly-mentioned South African founder. This was extremely pleasant and compared to a recent (more expensive) dining experience nearby, was hands-down a far better, more enjoyable experience. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, fabulous repast! Thank you v much.

   Did the monthly wine tasting. Was a great experience. Staff very attentive and made you feel extremely welcome. Thoroughly enjoyable evening had by both my wife and I

   Nice place to catch up after work with old friend for quick dinner and drink. Service was excellent. Really lovely and professional waitress. Food was fine and not too expensive. Wine was particularly good. However, we were seated downstairs where it’s a bit cramped and there was a distinct odour of toilets which kinda spoiled things a bit. I thought it was just me being over sensitive but my friend noticed and the people at next table mentioned it too.

   Great offering on a Monday, very tasty small plates, good service & great wine. Only downside if sitting downstairs is the toilet smell.
