   We had great service by Loki(not sure if that’s how you spell her name)She’s friendly,helpful and attentive. Our view was amazing. The butterfish is extremely good as was all our food. Would definitely recommend going there.

   Wife and I went to celebrate her birthday. Service was subpar. Food was a C at best. Tables around us were given birthday desserts and my wife was not and ignored for her birthday. Even though the hostess and the server mentioned it to both of us. I would not recommend this and know that the owner would not be ok with this service. The food was not the quality we expected with Brussels sprouts undercooked and the fish over cooked. Don’t waste your money or your time here.

   Our server wasn’t very good. He was nice, but didn’t acknowledge our anniversary and delivered our order extremely late. The food was amazing but our server forgot what we ordered. This made our anniversary experience less than stellar but at least the food was amazing. Roy’s always delivers a quality dining experience. We understand finding good help is a challenge. He bought us a glass of wine for the mistakes but he just wasn’t very good that night, it happens. Food- A+, server D, overall service A (the staff was really attentive). Side note Roy’s Pinot, is really a substandard wine. That said, the food is top notch, I’d eat here often.

   Great host, food was amazing. And the views… great spot to eat at on Thanksgiving. All dishes were perfect.

   When you order something you expect to receive it but in our case they brought us wrong stuff like twice and then told us they were out of Chicken Tenders and hence they brought my 3yr old three bone in wings.. are you like kidding me.. they didn’t feel it was important to inform us and ask what we needed instead. Some things never change I guess.

    Staycation at Wailea Beach Resort. Excellent friendly service as always by Carlos, with support from Malani. Quality local produce in the tasty Kula greens salad with a crunch of almonds, granola, honey. Beef gyoza were yummy. Loved the surf/turf combo on the Prix Fixe: salmon and short rib. The best mashed potato! Baby vegetables cooked al dente. And of course, classic Roy's hot chocolate souffle with vanilla ice cream (we've been enjoying this dessert for 30 years). A great evening with a great service and kitchen team! Mahalo!
