Hurricane Juel’s 🌀 Established in 1945 sites on the historic little river waterfront. All of our seats have a view of the inter coastal waterway. 3 story location with Patio’s over the water as well as a beer garden with 350 + year old oak trees and live entertainment. Hurricane Juels has a large menu seafood brought in locals daily, many seafood dishes including low country boils and seafood towers. We also offer many steak and chicken dishes. And for the sushi lovers we have a sushi bar or order it to the table. Hurricane Juels has been a landmark for over 78 years. Look forward to seeing y’all here

Had an unfortunate dining experience here. Place was not crowded but there had to be some kitchen issues. 2 of 3 hot entrees were cold. No hush puppies. Don’t think I’ll go back. I’m sad because this is the type of place I usually love. Great service- Kendall! Hope that’s right

Enjoyed a wonderful Valentine’s Day meal at Hurricane Juel’s. The restaurant offered some great specials for dinner. My wife chose one of the specials and I ordered from the regular menu. The view of the waterway as the sun was setting complimented a great meal. The live music was an added bonus. Great food, attentive service, and beautiful surroundings. We will certainly be back!

Our server Jules (Elisabeth) was out standing. We were a group of 9 and never went without anything drinks where kept full. Her personality was perfect. The food was great. But I can’t rave enough about our server, she was what made this experience so pleasurable. Can’t wait to come back. Great job Jules, Thank you for the great experience

We took our son and daughter-in-law to Hurricane Joel's for dinner during their holiday visit. The service was outstanding. We got seated right away and the waiter was very attentive to take our orders so that we could enjoy some Happy Hour special before it ended at 7 pm. Overall, the food was good, especially the tuna sandwich and grilled veggies. My son ordered Surf and Turf, and the rib eye steak was prepared to what he asked, and the grilled veggies were delicious. I ordered the beef tenderloin and asked for medium, but it was well done although still tender. The raw oyster on the half shell were big and reasonably priced but were very salty. Overall, we enjoyed our dining there, and will be back!

Been here many times as locals. Last night was off. Food and drinks were good but they were wayyyyy understaffed. Food was cold when it came out and it took forever to be acknowledged both at the hostess stand and when we sat down. Good food but they have some things to work out.

happy hour oysters are better cold than steamed the soft shell crab are tiny - 1 person at our table got 3 small size, the other person got only 2! they are not sauteed,, they are deep fried. Salad is so-so.
