   Restaurant week menu is little bit sad. But service is good. Next time I’ll Try the dim sum or main menu

   I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. First of all, they couldn’t find my reservation in their system, which has never happened to me at any other restaurant before. This was already frustrating, but things only got worse from there. After being seated, I waited for five minutes without anyone approaching me: no menu, no greeting. I had to ask for a menu myself, which should never be the case. Throughout the meal, the servers seemed like they absolutely hated being there. They seemed to hate their job. The food was disappointing: not authentic and not good. Aside from one bartender, who was actually helpful, the service was awful. Definitely will not return.

   I love Hutong, but today the service was just plain bad. Every other time we have been to Hutong, our service was really great. Hutong is expensive. You should be able to have good service. I asked for lime to go with our sparkling water. It never came. I finally had to go to the bar and get it myself. We ordered some Dim Sum and the Flaming Duck. The Dim Sum was supposed to be served first. They served the Duck first, then the Dim Sum arrived after as an afterthought. The restaurant was out of many of the choices of dessert. I did say something to the manage. He gave me the standard apology. I don’t think we will be back anytime soon.

   The food was amazing, everything I had was extremely good and I would recommend it, the dim sum was the best I’ve had yet, only about my 4x having one, garlic wontons and sachen chicken all very good. The service on the other hand was okay, our waiter might have been on her way out so she took our order and then disappeared, we got our first item late, our drinks were very late, our appetizers came after our main, and we had to ask where our dessert was. Our drinks were free due to the delay but the food was good that I did not care, I would definitely go there again, it was just an off night for that waiter.

   Atmosphere was divine. Constant club beats a big negative( there are better musical choices for fine dining) . Service was excellent. Food was visually pleasing but tasted just short of average . Our dishes were served luke warm to cold. Great place for drinks at the bar.

   Almost every dish exceeded our expectations, original and creative. Mapo tofu could use some improvement. Background music can be muted or chosen more tastefully. Wine menu could have better priced selections.

   Only one server and busboy, service bit slow and spotty. Chef fried rice only and sprinkle of egg pieces on top, not mixed in.

   Food and service were top notch. Everything was very delicious. I enjoyed the atmosphere - it is great for date nights and small group gatherings. Will def be coming back. Must try the prawn wontons!

    Pecking Duck, its the best, shrimp fryed are so delicious. Fried rice was very good good. There is a beatiful and very good bar, and Bartender was impressive, professional. Place its beatiful. Good wine, service very good,
