I've been to this Dublin locations multiple times. It's always been my favorite for their customer service they provide but on January 10th for my son's birthday I was very disappointed. We inquired about ordering drinks from the early bird special menu and was told by my primary serverI need to leave my table and go to the bar and order the drinks myself. She did retrieve the drinks for me after all, but scolded me this would be a one time exception. I like to tip good and I always appreciate the special treatment, but this time I didn't feel that way. This server is blond that I'm referring to. My second server was amazing. The blond waitress also told me I was only allowed to redeem one of my two bonus gift card. I found that odd. That is not stated anywhere on the bonus card as a restriction, only the dates it can be used. Again she "allowed" me to use both, but stated it was a special favor or something of that nature.

Our evening at Hyde Park was exceptional as usual. Chris, our server, was excellent and attentive. Everyone's food was amazing. I got the seabass special and it was wonderful. Everyone else got steak and all loved their dinners. The only negative I heard all evening was that two of our friends thought the cocktails were good but "stingy." I found nothing wrong the entire evening and we will definitely go back, as usual.

Our meals were fabulous. Steaks were tender and very flavorful. Brussel sprouts and lobster Mac and cheese were amazing side dishes!

We’ve been to Hyde Park so many times and it was great as usual. This time though a very rare problem occurred. The four filets, all ordered medium, were served rare. Only one was closer to medium rare but the other 3 had to be sent back. They recooked them a bit but it’s so hard to fix a steak that has already been cut into. But we will be back. Hyde Park is the best

NYE was definitely a busy day for us to decide to dine, but the experience and dinner was well worth the hour drive we made. I had the strip with mushrooms and asparagus, which was amazing; my husband had the filet with mac and cheese and cream corn that he loved; our daughter had the surf and turf sharing our sides, and she ate every bite of it including additional brussel sprouts; dessert with a piece of red velvet cake, big enough to share between all of us and still bring home a piece.

Have gone here for the last 10 years for our anniversary and was so disappointed. Made the reservation over a month ago asking for a booth but was told when we got there they didn’t have one. The service was terrible. We started out with a waitress by the name of Pam and she was very good but then had another waitress whose name I don’t know and she was awful. Came to the table once. She was so engaged with the other tables that had more than 2 people probably thinking she would get a bigger tip.
