Last night we did not have our usual server Christine, we were introduced to John who was EXCELLENT, he did a fabulous job along with his assistant a very pleasant young lady. Dreadful from start to finish. Wrong table. Wrong food. Incredible delays. Inexcusable service. So many other better restaurants nearby of you want steak.

I love this restaurant and always receive top notch service. Last night was unusually poor service. It was 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged after being seated. We then ordered cocktails which took another 15 minutes to arrive. Then the waiter literally disappeared for another 20 minutes. No bread brought to the table. We just sat and wondered where he went. When he finally came to the table, we ordered quickly not knowing when we would see him again. Then another long wait for food. Customers all around us who were seated after us were being served dinner while we sat. This waiter won’t make it long in the business. We will go back but will be certain not to have him as our server.
