We had a bad and disappointing experience. The service was really slow and to be honest ruined the visit. Our reservation was for 7pm. We didn’t get our drinks until 7:45pm and dinner until 8:30pm. The check took a long time to arrive as well. While we weren’t in a rush everything took too long and our server wasn’t the most engaging. Luckily our food was good as usual. We have been to HP many times and usually enjoy our visit. This time was a bummer for sure.

Restaurant is so dark we, and other tables had to use the flashlights on our phones to read the menus. Our server, Amanda, was World Class! The filet was cooked medium as requested but was fairly tough. Lastly , I was shocked that they used frozen fries instead of fresh cut. For the price and the drive to get there, we won’t be going back.

Sara and Anthony were our servers and they were wonderful. We never waited for a thing they were right on top of everything! The bartender drinks were perfect! We had a nice evening with good food,service and drinks. They have a good staff in place.
