   The scallops were nickel size and received 3, The Filet was raw when ordered Med / med rare Why can't a high end steak house cook a dam steak ! $350 dinner for 2 was very disappointing, Service was great ,

   I had a great exprience at Hy steak house, the customer care was top notch, all the employees are really polite. The place looks amazing and the food was great. Will definitely go back again.

   Had a great time as usual. The only thing strange was the actual booking itself. I was told when booking that there was no 6 PM seating available for 2. We ran a bit late due to traffic, so we called, and bumped our 5:30 time to 5:45. When we got to the restaurant, there were plenty of tables left, and by the time we left at 7:30, very few of those tables were taken up during our time having dinner. So I'm not sure why I couldn't get a 6 PM reservation?

   Hy’s Vancouver was on our to do list while visiting, and we were glad we attended and experienced this fine dining restaurant with some of the servings prepared at the table by our host. Our group of 4 all chose differing meals from the extensive menu, across starters, mains and deserts. We all chose a steak of varying cuts and beast 1 Elk, 1 Bison and 2 Beef, along with honeyed carrots and Brussel sprout sides. Everything was cooked as requested and tasted as expected, delicious. Our desert was prepared at the table and similarly it was delicious. The wine menu is extensive, from a number of international regions, but we decided to have Canadian wines from the Okanagan region, supporting the local industry, and glad we did. A great experience, thanks Hy’s 👏🙏👍

   My favorite dish is the Gorgonzola filet! The classic cesar done up table side, don't ever lose this! Cheese bread is always a hit!
