   Had a wonderful evening! We had a family celebration for 8 and my husband has hearing issues. They put us in the private dining room and it was perfect! We were delayed in being seated and they were very apologetic and Latoya brought us some extra tapas (very nice gesture). I think we ordered everything on the menu and loved pretty much everything. We ended up with lots of leftovers and I think the food was better the next day! I would suggest that if you want paella you order that when you are seated. We will definitely be back!

   We love Iberian Pig! They have wonderful food with lots of options, you can always try a variety of food each time you’re there. They have a unique wine list and great cocktails. We will be back!!

   Iberian Pig is officially my new favorite spot in town! The ambience was moody and comfortable, and the restaurant was super busy for a weeknight. We ordered 5 different dishes and each one was incredible. Literally no notes! Our server Helene was amazing and brought complimentary glasses of wine to the table after confirming we were celebrating a special occasion. They also offer discounted parking for the garage next door, along with a couple of other lots in the Gulch. 10/10 expereince, we will be back again and again!

   Enjoyed tapas at the bar. Bacon wrapped dates and croquettes were good. Tocino and Mac & cheese even better. Friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. Gratuity seemed to be included on our final receipt but there is no mention of it.

   Mom was in town for thanksgiving week so I took her to my favorite spot for her last night here. The food was good per usual but our server was terrible. It’s like he didn’t want to be there? He only came around towards the end of the dinner. What also bothered me is that my mom told him in the beginning she can’t have pork but at the end she ordered the grilled cheese not seeing it had pork and he didn’t stop her. I used to be in the service industry, I try to feel for them.. I never leave 15% but that was well deserved.

   Top notch service and food beginning to end Our Halene was amazing the service was so attentive the details of describing the dishes as they were presented.

   So reasonably priced, so delicious. Pork cheek tacos, med-rare wagyu burgers, risotto, charcuterie, cocktail list. All delicious. I would go back in a heartbeat. Lomo and Mac and cheese were fine, but the rest was so good, those two dishes suffered in comparison. Eat the burger!!!!
