The food was awesome and very unique! From the time I ordered to when I got my food and beverages it was lightning quick in which i really enjoyed! The host made sure we were seated with everything we could need and went over the top in making sure the area was to perfection. I cannot recall the servers that night but I will say they were on an extremely professional level. I would also note that I order my steaks rare at all restaurants and I judge a place based on how good they can make a rare steak and I’ll tip my hat in saying that no other establishment could compete to the ribeye I got last night!!!! All in all this place is top tier and very original and as a person living in Jacksonville that’s a big deal!!!

The service was poor. It took 50 minutes to get our order taken and food served. Not enough wait staff for the number of people. The food was excellent but the service left a bad impression. It would not be my first choice after this experience.

My reservation was made on line with the statement that we were celebrating my wife's birthday. Also in the comments section I restated that we were celebrating a birthday. Normally in a restaurant of this caliber some outward gestors are expected. There were none. the encounter with the manager was was not of any consolation. Ruined a nice outing with my wife.

We reserved a table for Valentine’s Day, but apparently reservations weren’t being honored because they were excepting walks-ins, therefore we waited 45 mins to be seated. Once seated and drinks were ordered 10 mins go by and our waitress informs us that 3 items from the already limited entree list are sold out. We didn’t sweat it, but then once we received our drinks several other items from the entree list are now sold out as well. All in all, are options became appetizers, tacos and/or salads. I was beyond frustrated because had we been sat at our reserved time this might’ve been avoided. I may or may not go back. The entire night was ridiculous. Who runs out of main courses in Valentine’s Day????

Went on Valentine’s Day and had to 20 minutes to be seated after the time of my reservation. Great experience otherwise

We places our order at 6:45pm our food didn’t arrobe till 7:40. We ordered NY Strip and chimichuri steak. Both steaks were well done when we asked for medium rare. The seasoning was burned on the steak and it was all nothing more than underwhelming. Would not recommend. Especially for the price. Chimichuri steak was 43$ and NY steak was around 38$. Better restaurants exist for better price and food quality

Food was good and service was good. The tables were very close together for couples so it felt like we were in the conversation of the table next to us.

The overall experience was very good; the food was excellent and plentiful. We had a 4:30 reservation for Valentine’s Day. No crowd when we arrived, but it had started to pick up by the time we left. We each ordered a house Margherita, which were fine. For food, we got guacamole with chips, which we could not finish, although we tried; the Iguana salad to split, which was delicious and could have fed 4; sides of rice and black beans, which we shared; and one taco each - steak for my husband and fish (cod) for me. It was all perfectly prepared. We took home at least half the salad, a small amount of rice and beans, and half my taco. The service was attentive, although our waiter seemed a little inexperienced. Ambiance was nice, but the table and seats were worn and need to be refinished and repaired. It was quiet because of the time we were there.
