Tuvimos la mañana suerte que ese día no servía la calefacción y estaba haciendo mucjo frío por lo que la comida, nosotros y todo nos enfriamos muy rápido. También se me hizo muy caro el valor de las bebidas preparadas.

La experiencia fue tan mala por el otro comensal que estaba en el establecimiento que nos tuvimos que retirar antes de degustar cualquier platillo o bebida, fue una experiencia tan mala que no me gustaría volver y era mi primera vez en este restaurante por el prestigio que se suponía tenía.

Food is delicious, specially the Chilaca Cream Soup (Loved it)… First time I went everything was great, second time service was poor, abandoned by the waiter, ordered 3 hamburgers and these took a lot of time to arrive (+30 min). Would go again, hopefully my next experience is great again.

El ambiente y el servicio fue espectacular, la comida deliciosa, todo estuvo muy rico y cómodo, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería a ir muchas veces!!

Se debe evaluar este restaurante como lo que es, un restaurante de hotel. Por lo que si no eres huésped la experiencia es de ser un extranjero al ingresar al restaurante. Igualmente, por su propia naturaleza, el menú es limitado, con pocas opciones. En cuanto al servicio, es excelente, muy personalizado debido a que había muy pocos clientes. Lo cual me lleva a la siguiente observación, pues no es un lugar muy concurrido por lo que el ambiente es tremendamente tranquilo, ya será percepción de cada quien si eso es una ventaja o una desventaja.

La comida tardó un poco, pero supongo que era porque había un grupo grande al mismo tiempo en el restaurante. Fuera de eso todo estuvo muy bien, la comida muy buena y el servicio atento. La vista desde la terraza es buen plus.

El menú es malo; falta diversidad de platillos. Pedí tequila y lo trajeron en un vaso, no caballitos no copa. Los nachos son terribles. Buen lugar pero les falta mejorar la ambientación, el menú y la atención.

Un lugar encantador con una atmósfera elegante que te hará sentir especial desde que llegas. El restaurante tiene un diseño muy bonito y cuenta con una terraza más casual, perfecta para disfrutar de una vista espectacular de la ciudad. El ambiente es muy agradable, ideal para celebraciones como cumpleaños o aniversarios. Los meseros son atentos y amables, lo que añade un toque extra de calidad al servicio. Las bebidas son excelentes y bien preparadas, un verdadero punto a favor. En cuanto a la comida, la experiencia fue mixta. La hamburguesa, aunque rica, no cumplió con mis expectativas considerando el precio: el pan estaba demasiado tostado, lo que dificultaba comerla sin que se deshiciera. Por otro lado, los tacos de arrachera fueron un acierto: sabrosos y bien servidos. En general, es un buen lugar para ocasiones especiales, aunque podrían mejorar ciertos detalles en la cocina para estar a la altura de su ambiente y servicio. Recomendado para una experiencia especial con una vista memorable
