    We dined here Tuesday night. It is the prettiest restaurant in the area. The food was very good. White bean dip, Misto Fritto and Pasta. Everything was delicious. The sound level was really good… you could actually hear each other! We really enjoyed it.

    It took over 30 minutes to get our drinks. When I asked our server about them, he was rude and disinterested. No explanation. No apology. We asked a manager for a different server and that was not done. Overall service of the food took very long. Disappointing the new version of the restaurant has such poor service. We will not return.

    The server was wonderful, the food has potential however it took 2 hours for the food to come out once it did half was cold or lacking flavor or cooked to the wrong temp for the pork chop. Overall very disappointed.

    The restaurant was so loud we couldn’t hear each other across the table, but more importantly, at only 7:15pm - they were out of at least 4 main dishes (branzino, filet, ribeye, and one more I can’t remember). The service was pleasant but spotty. The food was generally excellent, which saved the night.

    Very slow service and you can hear the chef yelling at the kitchen staff the whole time. Drinks were small and too sugary. My $72 steak came out cold. Small portions and food is mediocre. Won’t be back.

    The restaurant sold out of steaks at 6:30pm. The drinks were overly sugared and the wait time was surprising for the first service.

    Our meals were not edible. Tables who came after us were served before we were. The waitress did not know the specials. She was sloppy in her service. One person in our group was not drinking, she kept offering alcoholic drinks to the person. It was rude and out of place. She kept apologizing say the kitchen is working out some kinks. It has gone downhill.

    Food service incredibly slow. Multiple tables received their food orders well before ours despite the fact that we had been seated for a long time. Food was not delivered as requested - temp orders and modifications. Not sure what happened but did not feel they anything was really done to rectify or alleviate. Honestly made our experience stressful and not pleasant.
