    Had a wonderful dining experience with the family . Great service , excellent meal & the staff was awesome . Thank you we’ll be back soon . Plus the holiday decorations was super festive

    Lovely holiday decorations and a hustle and bustle vibe, but the service and food coming out was very slow for a 5pm reservation. The food was good at best. We haven’t been to Il Fornaio for some time and forgot how noisy it is, even half full.

    Our experience at Il Fornaio was subpar to say the least. Utensils placed directly on unclothed table. The waiter made us wait a very long time for our food just to receive it luke warm to cold and food itself had no taste. Even the salt shaker was empty. Our entire experience lacked caliber quality altogether and not worth fancy name.

    Food was mediocre and the service was poor. Salad and entrees came at the same time. 4 of us 2 got entre and 5 minutes later one more came. The forth came 15 minutes later because the waitress goofed. Noise level is high. Don’t plan on returning

    Food and service quite good. It was verrrry loud though I’d guess the number of holiday dinners going on simultaneously didn’t help. But overall pleased, it’s been hit or miss the past year or 2.

    I’ve been to this restaurant many times…the service tonight was “meh” at best. Water not refilled, had to request ice bucket for white wine = being in the hospitality industry these simple services are a no-brainer. This restaurant used to be a go-to, now I /we will have to reconsider returning. The bartender on the other hand was top notch!
