    The food was absolutely amazing. I love that they had other dinner choices besides thanksgiving food. The pasta I got was so good. So delicious.

    We enjoyed a Thanksgiving dinner. The meal was delicious and the service was impeccable. We were very impressed how the kitchen could turn out so many dinners that were not in their normal (Italian) repertoire, while still offering their standard menu items. The staff was friendly, professional, and gave personal attention without being intrusive. All in all, it was a perfect time.

    Great Family option for Thanksgiving! Good traditional menu and regular menu. Great ambiance was well!

    I took my best friend to lunch since the Wells Fargo Bank building entry was all decorated for Christmas and she hadn’t been to Il Fornaio at this location in downtown Sacramento before. I had made reservations and the hostess was so personable and seated us in the main dining area which I had requested. Our waiter was extremely nice and explained the specials for the day. He gave us some time to decide and then took our order of Caesar Salad and Lasagna. The lasagna is one of my families all time favorites. The ambience I think is the best in Sacramento, the service is impeccable and you can’t go wrong with any of the selections.

    We enjoyed another special meal at Il Fo. There were new (and returning) items on the menu; the bean barley soup was fantastic. Our server, Kim, was attentive and delightful. We look forward to a return visit!

    Great experience. Love how we get bread and our wine while we wait. Personnel is always readily available and attentive. Food was delicious as always. Highly recommend a visit for any occasion. Kid friendly as well.

    Matthew was preoccupied with waiting on a massive party in room next door. He could even keep up with simple water requests and did not get other staff to help him. Eaten at this location a dozen times however, will make sure that I don’t get Matthew as my waiter next visit,
