   This was our first visit. Place was packed and loud. Were promptly greeted upon our arrival. Server was friendly and kept us on a good pace - and was a great wine pourer. Food was outstanding and everyone walked out with tomorrow’s meal. Nice job renovating but a bit too loud. Desserts were great. Prices very reasonable considering quantity and quality. Glad to have Il Gusto in Cheshire! We’ll be back.

   Excellent as always. We love the vibe and the excellent food preparation. The service is professional and knowledge. Beverages and wine selection excellent. A wonderful dining addition to the community .

   I ordered a burger only to find out they didn't have any. A restaurant without burgers? I ordered a shrimp cocktail, which was okay. Also, where we were seated a women was so close on the side of our table, she kept flinging her hair almost landing on our table and in our food. I, most likely, will not return.

   Overall I thought the place was very good. It was a very busy night so I’ll give my waiter a pass for not being attentive. The rest of the staff filled in and salvaged what I would have deemed not acceptable. Food was delicious and overall a good experience. I will return another day and give it a try.

   Would earn 5 stars if they can take steps to absorb the noise. Not bad on this particular evening, but past experience has been too noisy to have a table conversation. Otherwise, excellent.

   This restaurant shows its exceptional qualities time and time again. The chef prepared a whole Branzino that was second to none. Outstanding. The staff is very attentive, friendly and well-equipped to accommodate dinner guests. Definite must try and worth the ride!

    Restaurant very load and tables very close to each other. Food came out barely warm, mashed potatoes hard from being cool and mixed veggies very way over done and mushy. Portions were very large! Maybe serve smaller portion and concentrate on food temp and quality. We ordered desert and after waiting 10+ minutes we asked for check and cancelled the desert order. Check came and we were charged for the desert. We asked that it be removed and waited longer for new check to be brought. I wouldn’t go back and would not recommend. Maybe after a couple of months things will improve. But I doubt this place will be open come the summer time.
