   I just adore this restaurant. The chef always comes out to say hello and the food is consistently delicious. Specials are amazing as well. Just a wonderful dining experience.

   Second time here. Awesome. Great food, great service. Love the zucchini blossoms. Had veal, pasta fagoile, ravioli, and seafood. Finished all off with lemon tirimisu and white chocolate Mouse with fresh berries and a great bottle of super tuscan.

   Waiter Gustavo from Italy one of the best waiter in south Florida Chef Ricardo one of the best chef from Italy The food the most delicious The service excellent top of the line Il Proffesoore restaurant is voted one of the best in south Florida I will recomend all my Italian friend to come here

   The service was exceptional, all staff helped each other, their wine by the glass selection was great too, however, their menu is limited and overpriced. We had the beef carpaccio as an appetizer, it was almost frozen to the plate and it was supposed to have truffles shaved over it and I found only two pieces of a truffle, no flavor at all. Beef carpaccio should be served closer to chilled or room temperature, not frozen. Because of the limited options for dinner I chose mushroom risotto, it was quite good, but again, overpriced. My husband had salmon with mustard sauce, which was really good. But a very small piece of salmon. This is the second time we have tried this establishment and unless their menu changes, we won't be back.

    Real authentic Italian cuisine. My wife and I loved all of the days we had from the zucchini flowers to the seafood platter to the veal and pasta
