    The food and service were exceptional. We found the ambiance pleasant but the lighting limited our ability to see the beautiful presentation of the food and it was difficult to hear eachother or our waiters with the surrounding noise. It is quite expensive, but you pay for a unique experience and we were pleased overall with our visit.

    Excellent menu degustation ainsi que les accords mets/vins! J'ai aimé la flexibilité sur la nourriture (intolérance) et les vins (goût). Très belle expérience et service hors pair!

    On a célébré l’anniversaire de mon mari et l’expérience chez l’Île Flottante était super. Incroyable la diversité de nourriture, la présentation des plats, etc. Tout était super! Un gros merci d’avoir cette expérience chez vous.

    The experience was fantastic! The food was original and elevated. We had a nice sampling of meat, poultry, fish and veggies. The service was at a good pace with the staff asking us if we were ready to move on as we were dining. The staff was fantastic and knowledgeable about their menu and the history of the restaurant itself. It was a great evening and we will be going back?

    Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre soirée aux Iles Flottantes, nous n'avions pas à l'avance connaissance de la formule. Il n'y avait que la formule 6 services, pour un souper à 8 heure c'était trop copieux, mais délicieux, on nous a offert d'apporter le 4ième service avec nous. Les portions de légumes pourraient être plus grandes, c'était surtout comme un assaisonnement. Les plats diversifiées et composés avec beaucoup de finesse et de recherche. Impossible à reproduire pour des non professionnels. Un choix de 5 ou 6 services serait apprécié probablement pour la clientèle de plus de 70 ans. Merci
