   This restaurant is all about the show. The atmosphere is beautiful and the service is great but the food is below average. Overall value is poor.

   Jasmine was absolutely fantastic! Some of the best service I’ve received while in Tulum! Highly recommend!

   Bad music, bad food, bad service. The last few visits I’ve had it’s always a cap table in the corner and bad slow service. The music is horrible except the party songs they dance too. 2/10

    Food was decent, most staff is nice. Deco was v nice. Staff coordination and management the worst I've ever experienced in my life. Like real bad. After an hour we finished our food, so they moved us to the bar, then they moved us back to the table. Then back to the bar, then again to a corner end right when the show started, one of us got up to see the show cuz we literally had the worst seats and the manager (without knowing she was the manager) in a really creepy way followed our friend and was like where are u going. Told him to sit at the table, he went to the bar, she creeped him again following so close, right in his personal space. Wouldn't go away, I stepped in, asked for the manager and she's like, I AM THE MANAGER, we explained how many times we got moved, and she responded with go sit at your table and we couldn't... Worst vibe I've ever experience in any country, any restaurant. Never even wrote a review like this. Take away.... The vibe is cool, the show starts around 9pm,come to see that, but the reality is, horrible management. Like so bad. Zero stars overall even tho the food was decent 3 stars and the plants and ambience were 5 stars. Don't recommend, go to vegelume instead. 5 stars for everything there.
