This was our second visit and won't be the last. I love the idea of having wine tastings prior to ordering from the menu. We chose the Brut Cuvee and Pinot Gris and both were exceptional. We like to try a variety of food therefore chose the aricini, pork belly and cured kingfish along with a side of chips to share. Every morsel was a delight. The view across the gardens was lovely and watched the storm clouds roll in on the steamy Sunday afternoon. The staff are first class, friendly and attentive.

Immerse Winery is a beautiful place to visit - even in the rain! We received a really cheerful friendly welcome to the restaurant and the service was very prompt. The menu was interesting and varied, and the dishes we chose were delicious. We tasted a variety of wines, and came away with a box full, some of which will be Christmas gifts. All in all a very enjoyable experience which we would be happy to repeat. We highly recommend a visit!

It was our 10 year anniversary and we were married at immerse, the staff and venue are still amazing even better than 10 years ago. The food is just amazing.

Beautiful setting and extremely delicious food. The wines were also better then many Yarra Valley wines we have tasted. Really lovely dining area too. Only problem , the noise levels are ridiculous, so high that discussion with friends was really difficult. When mentioned, it seems sound deadening has been put under the tables, which works like a band aid on a severed limb. Proper acoustic panels need installing on the ceiling, nothing else will work. Whatever it costs, and it's not THAT expensive, it has to be done, everything else is top notch.

100% had a five-star experience. Absolutely everything was spot on. Food was amazing, service was amazing, decor was amazing. Could not fault, can't wait to go back again!
