   So expensive for what you get, poor service from the hostess and not quality food. Best thing was the interactive screens for kids

   Really bad service. I don’t usually do reviews however I feel if I do not do this one. Its such a shame. It was Valentines. First of all, had to wait 20 mins for a table. Then we were told that no a la carte menu and we were informed. This was never the case as we wouldn’t have booked for set menu. They quickly fixed this issue as allowing us to choose from the normal menu. We were then served food as it comes which is fine but we were not told. The food came out freezing cold. We ordered duck with pancakes, the duck was so cold that it felt it came out of the fridge. Then they re sent another one, again was good. Both duck and pancakes. Then they re sent as this point it was burnt. Very bad service overall. Asked for sriracha sauce that never turned up. Never have I received such service. Ruined our dinner date especially for Valentines.

   Really awful horrible place, the food was warm and full of sugar.The waiter hijacked us whilst eating and wanted us to pay. That's how bad it was, collect the money quickly before the customer complains. Forget the tech tables, they are not worth paying £2.50 for, it's hard to use and i prefer just the good old menu book. The place was cold, uninviting and you are better off at KFC to eat breaded chicken. A disgrace to japanese cuisine.

   Went for Vday with a set menu 2025 While you get a lot of food from the set menu (some really nice and some just average) you do not get enough time to eat it We asked if we had to order everything at once (as we had never been before) and if we did will all arrive at the same time or will it be brought out in stages, and the waiter told us in stages So to our surprise we got some of our starters and a side from our large plate/main came out pretty much straight away, so no time to have a play with the interactive table, Then they rest of the starters and and small dishes were delivered, so, after a while then the waiter asked if we had everything, other than deserts and so I informed them that our main meal plates had not arrived yet, and then the next thing I know they are delivered along with our desserts!! Meaning we had to let the ice cream melt while we ate our main plates. Then while we were still eating they delivered us will the bill and a few moments later they asked us to pay. Very disappointed with the service and blatant rush to get us out of the door. We have eaten out at various restaurants for Vday over the years and this is by far one of the worst experiences we had had over all and so very disappointed.

   The food was quite delicious, nice atmosphere, nothing tho like Inamo from old days in regent street or Piccadilly Circus, still not bad for ambience. Now, Valentine menu: -they forgot one of the 4 small platters, waiter said ‘it hasn’t come through. What’s the point of the whole concept of electronic ordering if single items don’t ’go though? Out of entire order? Wasn’t it simply human error? Very unprofessional answer - they serve lobster of baby chick size, yes, not even chick, and they didn’t provide any crackers. Again answer was they never serve it usually so they don’t have such utensils, suggested big knife could crack it, waiter came back with knife and fork saying they can’t give me knife, I suggested to take it back to kitchen to crack it, it was miracolously possible All to all o believe this experience could have been much nicer if not for a very inexperienced and unprofessional waiter The dessert was not served same way as on the photo missing little marmalade pot Remember Inamo, your floor stuff represent you and your business. All the food was very delicious nevertheless, Cocktails tho dropped much on quality Compared to your old days.

   Great food and atmosphere. The valentines meal was nice, albeit it wasn’t clear when booking that a la carte was not being served after 5pm. Still good value considering the quality of the food. Our host Faiza was lovely. She assured we had everything we needed with enthusiasm and a smile and we were not chased for our table either. Recommended.

   My 6 year old son kept himself entertained with the games. The food was delicious. It is a good spot for a family gathering. I found out that they also hold events like sushi making classes for kids, magic classes for adults, and a few more. Sounds fun. Overall it is a nice restaurant.

    My partner and I had the five course meal. We expected it to be smaller than it was due to the five courses; the portions were actually really good! The interactive tables were fun and we did puzzles while eating, and the fact that you can order on the table when you were ready for the next course was great. I would say that 90 minutes max to order the food makes you feel a little rushed, but we didn't get kicked out once that time was up which was good
