   Used to be my fav place but new faces work in the place so rude make us wait I asked for the manager she didn’t call him she told me go look for him ! Won’t go again

   Service terrible !!!! Food very mediocre Put us in a corner table so could not see any of the show even though I emailed and called them to say it was a special 50th birthday !

   The waiter came and didn’t introduce himself, he just took our orders and gave us our food & we didn’t see him again till it was time to pay for the bill.. which we had to search for him to do so. There was no checking in, also the meals doesn’t come with any sides. You get a pinch of the main dish literally so small.. and then he didn’t explain that there is no sides. I just wish our server was better at accommodating us. Then they look like they was being selected on who they wanted to participate in the show

   Feedback on Disappointing Dining Experience Dear Inca, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent dining experience, as it left me feeling quite disappointed. I had booked the £60 dinner option, which included a starter and a main course. However, upon arrival, the waiter suggested that I opt for the £150 minimum spend option, stating that the £60 option would provide too little food. This situation was quite uncomfortable for me, but I chose to stick with what I had originally booked. When the food was served, I was shocked to see that the portions were less than 100 grams – incredibly small and of poor quality. It did not feel like a proper meal, and I found it difficult to believe that this is what was offered for the price. To add to the discomfort, the waiter kept pressuring me to switch to the £150 option or to go à la carte, suggesting that the à la carte portions were triple the size of what I had been served. I feel that this experience was misleading, and quite frankly, embarrassing. This option should not be advertised on your website if it doesn’t meet reasonable expectations for a meal. I came expecting to enjoy a pleasant dinner, only to be left feeling unsatisfied and uncomfortable.    Experience was great. Food taste was excellent but for the portions given the price is way over valued. Must say that Gabriel gave us a fantastic service and must be appraised and reward by management. The show was great. But where we were sitting we were always shown the backside of the performers. They must turn around more often as they have guests sitting all around We still recommend you experience Inca. You must have your own opinion

   I was super excited about this venue after seeing the instagram stories, the entertainment looked so much fun and very vibrant etc. Being an entertainment agent myself, I guess maybe I am super picky but the entertainment wasn't what I expected. It was not to say it was bad but i just felt a little underwhelmed. I also noticed slightly shabby looking costumes and rips in tights, fake nails missing on the performers etc...i would have thought with such a high end menu and high prices the attention to detail to these things should be on point. I hate to leave slightly bad reviews but wanted to give an honest opinion. I will say out waiter was incredible, he was very welcoming, helpful and chatty. He suggested cocktails for me which were all great. The food was delicious too...although slightly over priced for the portion sizes. I know you aren't expected to get big portions at these types of places but £70 for 2 lamb chops which slightly crazy.
